Today we had a major win. For years my youngest #actuallyautistic daughter has been doing dance and now singing. Every time we got to a recital she would freeze with terror and refuse to go on stage.

Afterwards, she would always be regretful that as she put it was a "big chicken”. We always told her not to worry it will happen when it was ready to happen.

Today she surprised everyone, but most of all herself when she made it on stage and through the full performance.
