Sleeping with a cpap mask is not easy.

I've tried for 4 nights, but I keep removing the (full face) mask because I can't fall asleep.
I'm gonna give it a month, though. Or longer if there's any form of progress. I will keep trying.

Tips to fall asleep with it on are appreciated.

@ZebraOnWheels You might need to get a different style of mask. There are lots of options in full face ones if that’s what you need. And I find a bit of white noise drowns out the machine sounds and really helps me to get to sleep. I use a fan to provide the white noise. Hope that helps.
