Many moons ago we did a photo shoot with two toddlers - Delilah and Harriet.
This year we got to catch up with them - fifteen years on and this time as teenagers. It was lovely to hear how their friendship had formed at the previous photo shoot and how they have kept in touch ever since.
We took a bunch of new pictures about different hobbies and activities. We talked about childhood memories. It was a great afternoon with lots of energy and excitement.
We are really happy to publish our My Views Matter report for Cascade Charlton House. We were very impressed by how the home puts residents’ voices and choices at the centre of how the home is run, and by the dedicated and skillful staff team.
I work for Healthwatch Norfolk. I am currently coordinating visits to care homes and in patient units that look after people with learning disabilities and autistic people in Norfolk, to ask them what they think of their care. I have a background in Social Anthropology and international development. I have experience of using a range of different research methods and analysis techniques.
