For an upcoming event (details to follow!), we would like to be able to share some questions that the families we support, have asked. Are there any questions that you feel it would be useful for parent/carers, or for children and young people, to have answered at an event? We will share some of these questions, so please don't include any specific situations or names. Please answer by replying! Thanks. :-)

Anna Freud have released an animation, and a number of resources, to help young people talk about anxiety and manage their feelings. There are also guides for parent carers, and a toolkit for teachers, so that they are better prepared to help and support a young person who is struggling with anxiety overwhelming them.
While it is aimed at children between the ages of 11-13, its may be useful for other ages too. Take a look, and see if you can put it to good use!
