@MisaMisa @auscovid19 I don't think that Covid is the reason for a shrinking workforce. I think that the reason has to do with people being laid off, overworked and underpaid. Most of the positions that need to be filled are in the service sector, which is where many of those jobs are minimum wage. And yet, inflation is at a all time high. How can someone with one minimum wage job and three kids pay for the high costs of living?
