For those of you who have #ADHD, how do you manage #ToDoLists without adding on extra #tasks?
@adhdcanadian I keep adding but then have trouble prioritizing. This novelty “to do” list actually helps a lot. And because its silly, I use it more.

I just add the items because if I don’t I’ll forget them and then I’ll be distracted by trying to remember them again.
To do lists are how I get anything done but I’m able to not be too hard on myself if I don’t finish them. #adhd #ilovelists
@adhdcanadian I used to (and might again) use quadrants. Apparently called the Eisenhower Matrix? Can't find the app I had but it explained it with nice clear examples, I think it was "need to do" vs "want to do" (impact) and "due soon" vs "due later" (urgency). Helps prioritize the Huge List
Over quarantine I just got into a habit of writing 3-5 things per day, max, but that's becoming unreasonable as the world gets going again
@adhdcanadian found the app I used to use! It's just called "task manager - Todo list" by rathi developers. Dunno if it's available for iOS tho.
It sounds like things jump onto your "to do" list more quick than they get themselves crossed off? That's definitely the tendency with my lists (#ADD+OCD+)
I have a full-size agenda/planner book (showing 1 week per pg-flip.) It's both calendar and "to do list" in one thing. I put "must do today" things under each day, theoretically each morning. I have to look back in time to see things that didn't get crossed off and write them again, as pages go by with astonishing velocity.
