Does anyone know what the best app is for people with ?

@adhdcanadian One you can share with somebody you trust, in my case!

I'm currently using Microsoft To Do because it's the best compromise that works okay for both my wife and I. That's been much more effective than the tool I was using before (Org Mode) even though I found Org Mode a much better tool - purely because the one thing it does better is share tasks.

Having daily quick check ins with someone you trust beats software/process every time if it's an option.

@adhdcanadian this is totally dependent on the person, not the tech.

I tend to use simple #Kanban style apps like #Nextcloud #Deck

I also use mind mapping software to break down the tasks and then i export them to markdown as an outline.

@aproposnix @adhdcanadian At least they consistently call it 'Kanban style' themselves; so I can at least assume they know that core components of real Kanban are missing - e. g. the pull signal.
