How do I respond to a colleague who is asking me to do his job for him? :eeveecoffee:

@cariefisher sometimes it is because the other person just doesn’t want to do the work. However an old colleague of mine had a stroke and really didn’t remember how to solve the problem he had. While I would help either way most of the time, knowing that he had a memory issue made it less stressful for me to take time out of my day to help him out.

@dheadley That is always something I try to consider first...but I don't think this is the case this time. I think it was just simple laziness.

I did reach out to him personally to resolve the issue though, so all good. Rant over 😅
