@ashleyspencer One of the things I would recommend for your store is looking to see if you have any other options for shipping. For some reason your current shipper has a problem that when the package gets to my local area they can’t seem to either have the right address on it or the label must be damaged. I would love to order stuff from your store and pay for different shipping to guarantee I can get the products delivered.
@dheadley The shipping addresses on the packages are imported directly from what address is given by the customers. I make no changes to the address. Local post offices and the mail carriers sometimes are finicky on a rare occasion. USPS mail carrier once sent a package back because the name on it didn’t match the person who lived there. It was just a friend of the customer. When packages get sent back it’s usually because of the mail carrier delivering it.
