Hello there, I came across this along time ago called a 'bullet journal' this was created by a guy with adhd and this is his link https://bulletjournal.com/. Its very different to that of a normal diary as it allows you to transpose events you didn't manage to achieve on a particular day - to that of a new day. Do a search on youtube for bullet journal
