Survey- ‘Transitions- A families view’
The Southwest region of Parent Carer Forums (which includes Parent Carers Together) and NHS England are working together to understand transitions for those families whose children have special educational needs or disabilities.
Please help us by completing this online survey and sharing your experience. You can access the survey at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SWtransitions or use the QR code.
#introduction Hello! SENDiass4BCP are an information, advice, and support service. We are based in BCP - Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, and we support families of children and young people(up to age 25) who have SEND, as well as supporting young people directly.
We can't offer advice on Mastodon, but we will occasionally toot things that hopefully are useful and interesting - we also have our links on our profile, if you need more specific support.
Hope you have a nice evening. 🙂
