Anna Freud have released an animation, and a number of resources, to help young people talk about anxiety and manage their feelings. There are also guides for parent carers, and a toolkit for teachers, so that they are better prepared to help and support a young person who is struggling with anxiety overwhelming them.

While it is aimed at children between the ages of 11-13, its may be useful for other ages too. Take a look, and see if you can put it to good use!
