An update on managing demands on our service, and on the way we support parent/ carers, children, & young people, from Victoria Hunt - SENDiass4BCP Manager

“We want to make sure that information and advice is provided in a timely way and that you are able to get what you need, when you need it. This is especially important as currently requests for support from SENDiass4BCP, have been increasing at a pace.

For the time being, we are unable to attend face to face school meetings & TAF meetings, unless there are significant extenuating and complex circumstances – this is due to us being particularly busy.
We are still able to support you in preparing for meetings - please contact us in plenty of time.
We continue to provide email and phone support, videos on our YouTube (youtube.com/channel/UCLzmZYKx8) , and both online and in-person workshops (sendiass4bcp.org/events/).
Thank you.
